Recruiter billing questions
Is there a free trial?
Captain Pro, Management Starter, and Agency Pro include a 14-day trial. The Free plan does not need a paid trial.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
Prices are monthly and VAT is included where applicable during Stripe checkout.
Can recruiters cancel?
Recruiters can manage billing from account settings. Active paid access follows the Stripe subscription state.
Can an account be deleted with an active subscription?
No. Account deletion is blocked while a subscription is active, so billing can be cancelled first.
What happens when a workspace downgrades?
The workspace keeps the selected lower package limits for seats, jobs, and Ops vessels after the billing change takes effect.
Can teams add more seats or vessels?
Extra team seats and Ops vessels are managed from account billing when add-ons are available for the selected plan.
Are crew profiles verified?
Recruiters can keep the verified-only crew filter on by default and use profile verification signals while reviewing crew.
What are the Free plan limits?
The Free plan is for testing. It has one seat, one active job, limited crew discovery, hidden crew names, and no Ops vessel access.
