You can request deletion of specific Yacht Swipe personal data without deleting your full account. This includes optional profile details, uploaded files, certificates, profile media, support attachments, or other account-related data where deletion is legally and technically possible.

What You Can Request

You can ask us to delete specific personal data, such as uploaded certificates, documents, CVs, profile photos, optional profile fields, support attachments, notification tokens, or other account-related data that can be removed without closing your account.

How To Request Deletion

Email support@nautiqlabs.com from the email address linked to your Yacht Swipe account. Include your account email, full name, account type, and a clear description of the data you want deleted.

Please do not send passport, certificate, payment card, or other sensitive document copies in the request email unless we specifically ask for identity verification.

What May Be Retained

Some data may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal, dispute, audit, platform-safety, or abuse-prevention purposes. If we cannot delete specific records, we will explain the reason where appropriate.

Response Time

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We aim to respond to data deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required or allowed by applicable law.
