Privacy request

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Yacht Swipe account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete From Inside The App

If you can still access your account, open Yacht Swipe and go to account settings. Use the delete-account option to delete your account and account information directly.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access your account, email support@nautiqlabs.com from the email address linked to your Yacht Swipe account.

Include your account email, full name, and whether your account is a crew, recruiter, captain, or company workspace account. Please do not send passport, certificate, payment card, or other sensitive document copies in the request email unless we specifically ask for identity verification.

What We Delete

When deletion is completed, Yacht Swipe deletes or anonymizes account and profile data associated with your account, including profile information, uploaded documents where applicable, saved preferences, application and matching records, push tokens, and other personal data tied to your account.

Some records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal, dispute, audit, or platform-safety purposes.

Response Time

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required or allowed by applicable law.
